Job Description:
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's sales performance and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Lead and manage the sales team Across India, setting clear goals and objectives and providing ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred or Graduates in any Stream.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Hospitality.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
Proficiency in Utilising the sales tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
