Position Overview: Leads the software development team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Oversees technical project management, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business requirements. Manages resources for efficient technology application, drives automation and integration, and enforces IT strategies and governance across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of application solutions with well-designed architecture, ensuring alignment with IT Blueprint standards.
- Manage resources to deliver automated and fully integrated solution for end-to-end work process.
- Manage resources to apply the proper technology in developing valued added solution to serve business needs.
- Cooperating the deliverable of complex application solution with well design architecture and aligned with standard in IT Blueprint.
- Responsible as technical project management to ensure the execution of team resources comply with IT Blueprint and business needs as well as addressing the expected requirement and timeline.
- Promote and enforce all IT related strategy, procedures and governance for all business units.
- Responsible to identify the requirement of skill competencies and development plan of team resources suited with the systems under portfolio management.
Qualification:
- Thai Native Speaker with Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a proven track record in driving product development of Banking and Financial Services.
- 5+ years of experience in Leadership, specifically in software development in fast-paced environment or Digital Transformation.
- Expertise in SDLC, Software Architecture, Application Design with core programming-languages and frameworks, particularly those aligned with the organization's tech stack (e.g., Java Spring Boot, Java Script, C# .Net, Mobile, etc.)
- Strong Technical Project Management skills, end-to-end solution delivery, including resource planning, timeline management, and quality control.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business needs and implement efficient, value-added solutions.
- Proven ability to lead agile transformation initiatives, including setting up new agile processes and cultivating a high-performing agile culture within organization.
