Head of Sustainability - APAC

Connexus Global is partnering with a leading global flavor manufacturing company to find a Regional Sustainability Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sustainability strategies across the Asia Pacific region.

This senior leadership position reports to both the regional leadership team and the Global VP of Sustainability, providing the chance to influence the company's long-term sustainability aspirations and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and reporting of regional sustainability strategies, aligning with global sustainability goals across areas such as climate action, sustainable sourcing, and health & nutrition.
• Drive the integration of sustainability into the business strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with the company's 2030 Sustainability Aspirations.
• Build and nurture regional and local partnerships to support sustainability goals, working alongside the Global Partnerships team to co-create frameworks and strategies for effective collaboration.
• Track and analyze sustainability metrics, reporting on progress towards key performance indicators, and addressing any blockers or challenges.
• Lead sustainability learning and development initiatives within the region, fostering a culture of sustainability across teams.
• Engage with external stakeholders, industry associations, and represent the company at sustainability events and conferences.
