Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team with market research, customer analysis, and sales strategy development.
2. Assist the sales manager in managing customer relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and tracking customer satisfaction.
3. Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
4. Assist in organizing sales meetings and events, including scheduling and preparation tasks.
5. Follow up on sales leads, maintain the customer database, and ensure the accuracy and currency of customer information.
6. Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely response and handling of customer needs.
7. Handle daily administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and other related duties.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in banking or the finance industry, with experience in sales support or as an assistant preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working effectively under pressure.
5. Proficient in office software (such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
6. Strong team spirit, yet able to complete tasks independently.
7. Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken), with Chinese language skills being an advantage.
8. Understanding of banking products and financial services, with relevant knowledge and experience preferred.
