Hostel Warden

Introduction of Company: GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (P) Ltd., an ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipments and 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating facilities.

Job Purpose: The Wardens, functioning under the over-all charge will be individually and collectively responsible for the smooth functioning of the Hostels. Each Warden will be responsible for the assigned staff.

Responsibilities:

The Warden shall be responsible for the health, hygiene andgeneral welfare of the staff/workers residing in the workers colony / Security Colony.

Warden must visit the every room of workers colony in order to check the activities of the Workers.

Warden should be in-charge of all the workers colony properties.

Warden must take suitable disciplinary action if necessary.

Participate in and facilitate team work in which reliability andability to manage time effectively will be the key.

Offering appropriate first aid support when needed.

Taking part in implementation fire drills, health & safety awareness initiatives.

To supervise for the smooth running of the workers colony and other facilities within the premises.

• To plan for upgradation and maintenance of Facilities in the workers colony to live in complete harmony.
• To ensure security of the Staff & workers by coordinating with the security officer and staff(in order to avoid any theft and any crime).
• To perform any other responsibility assigned by the management.
• Should have Strong communication skills in all the 3 languages
• Should be very good at vigilance.

Requisite Skills:

Wardens must be approachable and available to all staff.

They should be open to learning new skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Very good communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi.

Basic computer skills. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Desired Skills:

• From Army/ Defence background
• Experience writing and revising procedures, work instructions, forms, visual aids and etc.

Education:

• Any Bachelors Degree
