General Information


We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 8+ years of experience in the Human Resources domain for our two factories in Thailand for the High Voltage & Transformer Business. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders to provide HR expertise, lead engagement and performance management programs, and manage local HR processes. The candidate will also play a key role in talent attraction, community engagement, and branding efforts, ensuring the organization has the people capabilities to deliver present and future business needs. The HRBP will serve as member of the factory management team.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will drive standard HR people processes, including talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • You will lead performance management initiatives by developing and executing review processes, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement strategies to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • You will manage the annual engagement survey process, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • You will lead the annual salary review process, work in partnership with relevant business leaders, HR functions to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • You will collaborate with business leaders to support talent strategies that drive business growth, focusing on development, retention, and attraction.
  • You will develop and implement talent attraction booster plan, ensure alignment with business need and strengthening the employer brand.
  • You will create and execute engagement plans in partnership with local community organizations, enhancing the company's brand presence in the market, work on HR data management using Workday, providing insightful reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Your Background

  • You hold bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience (preferably within the manufacturing sector).
  • Proficient in HRIS, specifically Workday, with the ability to generate reports and manage data effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed HR decisions.
  • Experience in managing HR processes in a manufacturing setup.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Expertise in community engagement and employer branding strategies.
  • This role is based in Thailand and may require occasional travel to local manufacturing sites.
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required.
