Job Description
Responsible for managing the processes of HR policies, procedures and compliances
Manages the HRBP Team in managing the employment cycle from onboarding to the separation process in accordance with local regulations / employment law
Take action to propose action plans needed after analysis of employees HR related issues (probations / performances / turnover and regulatory violations)
Leading HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, HR system implementations, and process improvements.
Partner across department to address and mitigate any HR related issues
Partner with Recruit Lead regarding internal promotions and C&B Lead regarding payroll and compensations
Act as the main point-of-contact for employment regulations inquiries and support management in guidance for local regulations to avoid mishaps in decision making
Manage the process of offboarding and exit interviews to continuously analyze data for future recommendations in retention - corrective measures
Spearhead team activities and coordinate with department heads for year-on-year plans of engagement activities requirements
Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in HR or Related Field
Minimum 5 years experience in HRBP that handle for the Code of Conduct / incident report / onboard offboard etc.
Experience in 3 years HR Leadership roles, supervising team around 1 2 HCs.
Strong in data analysis, and strong in engagement and documents
Coordinate with global team for implementing the strategies and meeting with them.
Good communication and business acumen
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Good command in English (Equal: C1 up or TOEIC 750 up)
Strong in business ethics, employment regulations
Good technical computer skills (excel / office / suite)
Additional: creative and experience with engagement activities is a plus+
