Job Description
- Work with business units to enhance team performance and improve climate environment aligning with company's strategies and core values
- Facilitate BU team leads to find the solutions and proactively deliver related to HR Processes
- Builds a strong business relationship with the BUs
- Develop and shape programs to address business-specific needs covered risk concerns
- Manages complex and difficult employee-relation issues
- Be a team player of HR project designation namely talent development, organizational structure, succession plan
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment; previous experience as HR generalist / HR consultant or HRBP
- Relevant experience in tech or Internet industries
- Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgment and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
- Able to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards
- Proactive and collaborative
- Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment
