Job Description

**For THAI Nationality**

  • C&B Budget, design C&B Policies Market Survey
  • Total Rewards, C&B processes
  • People management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll and benefit administration.
  • Review and propose the competitive compensation and benefits program: Competitive Salary structure, Benefit Improvement Plan.
  • Participate in market survey for data benchmarking.
  • Manage compensation planning for salary review and performance bonus.
  • Develop and implement other rewards & recognition programs: Long term incentive plan.
  • Manage people cost budgeting and forecast to align with business direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or any related fields
  • 10 years working experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • In-dept knowledge of human resources management especially compensation and benefits
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics to analyze and interpret in simplified report/dashboard.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Labor Law, Labor Relations & Strategy and Compliance.
  • Maturity to manage workload under pressure and tough deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills.
