Job Description-Experience in Engagement Activity Design & Organizing

-Project Management skills
- Initiate, design and deliver engagement programs by identifying needs, securing resources, and prioritizing work in alignment with employee value proposition strategies. This will include project planning, execution, communication, and coordination and virtual company events, recognition programs, anniversary celebrations and other culture related activities
- Implementation of employee engagement platforms ie MS Team (Live Streaming) or other online event application etc. and social media which integral to the future of our organization communications.
- Manage the ordering, distribution, and shipment of gifts and other engagement / corporate culture promotional items
- Collect, analyze, and apply data to create insights that inform aspects of the Employee Engagement initiatives
- Manage budgets, vendors, and planning for events with supporting key performance indicators and measurements
Job Qualification- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communications, Communication Art, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant solid work experiences related to Employee Engagement, Engagement Activity Design, Corporate Culture
- Have basic experience in graphic design, graphic art.
- Have knowledge in Social media, Online Event / Live Stream Event and usage as appropriated.
- Project management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet deadlines.
- Ability to be MC at the event and activity (will be advantage).
- Good command of Englishcommunicationand computerskills.
