1. Developing Fair HR Policies, and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
2. Creating Referral Programs for Sales.
3. Driving Performance Improvement Plan for the Organization.
4. Core working with the Consultants for recruitment.
5. Driving Probation confirmation policy for the Organization.
6. Driving Management Trainee and Graduate Trainee hiring policy for the Sales.
7. Need to make The Rewards and Recognition Activity for Salespeople.
8. Driving the Exit Formalities in Sales.
9. Have to make the KRA / KPI for Sales.
10. Required to make the Job Description and Job Specification for Sales.
11. Need to do Corporate Tie Up to form the Entity.
12. Support the HR department in Implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
