Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsible for developing HR strategies and implementing HR initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment (including foreign workers) and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including managing disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, payroll administration, and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute HR insights and expertise.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in HR management roles (Distribution Centre field)
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Able to travel.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
- Based at Chachoengsao Province.
