- To execute E2E process of Global Payroll Management (GPM) for International Assignee including in contact with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of report and payment is applied according to global and local statutory requirements, to validate invoicing payment and relevant vendors in timely manner.
- To be a stand-in person and 4-eyes principle for E2E HR Shared Services related to HR information system and payroll operation and administration on daily basis.
- To oversee E2E process related to immigration services for International Assignees and non-Thai employee.
- To facilitate non-Thai employment related to relocation support immigration process, housing search, schooling support including language training in accordance with Local+ Benefits Guideline.
- To facilitate Employee Leased Car Program based on the approval of local management based on annual review.
- Conduct relevant HR Compliance activities based on annual calendar or requested i.e.: HR User Review, ICS for GPM and local payroll, Annual Benefit Certification Process, MERCER TRS Data submission, Internal and External Audit, HR Compliance self-assessment as example.
- To execute other tasks as assigned by supervisory organization in timely manner.
- Individual Contributor within the HR operations team.
Training and qualification
Education
- Bachelor or Post-graduation in Human Resources or any related studies.
Technical knowledge
- MS- Office with advance level of MS-Excel.
- Local Labor Law including Social Security and Revenue Ruling would be advantage.

- Excellent command of English/ Thai and interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude with problem solving basis.
- Process orientation and ensure the ability of transparency, compliance, and self-awareness at all levels.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR fields with multi-national company
- HR Operations related to international assignment management and/ or payroll relevant.
