Key Responsibilities
- Cultivating and nurturing client relationships with HR teams
- Recommending tailored solutions to client for HR searches
- Building a world class database of HR professionals in APAC
- Sourcing HR candidates using databases, LinkedIn, headhunting and networking. Providing candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the HR opportunity
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process from interviews to offers
- Negotiating offers with candidates and clients
- Providing guidance on CVs, interviews, and career development
- Building a HR network to identify potential business prospects.

Track record in sales, developing client relationships and building networks
Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, fostering positive relationships, empathy, and effective communication
Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance short goals and long terms planning for success
