Day to Day Activities for Consultant
- Lead the project delivery of one or more HR consulting projects with close oversight from a senior manager.
- Research leading practices and trends on various HR technology and transformation related topics to support our clients in defining their HR strategy
- Exercise critical thinking in the analysis and report development for HR data analytics
- Develop presentations for our clients in Thai that convey the results in a succinct and clear manner
- Build and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Support in Business Development activities including development of pitch decks and presentation to senior client stakeholders
Ideal Profile and Required Competencies:
- At least 1 years of experience in HR consulting. Individuals with experience only as a HR professional will be considered if the y possess the relevant experience in managing the in house Center of Excellence (COEs) for their organizations and have managed other in house HR transformation initiatives.
- Possess a track record of experience in delivering large complex HR consulting projects, minimally as a team or workstream le ad but ideally as a project manager.
- Experience in at least 2 or more of the following domains:
- HR Business Process Re engineering, Change Management, HR System Implementation Project
- Management, HR Transformation Advisory, Analytics.
- Must be a citizen or PR of Thailand and have a strong verbal and written command of both the Thai and English languages.
