Overview
The Human Resource Operations role is integral to the organization's success, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and supporting the HR team in various operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Oversee HRIS management and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment processes
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Manage HR-related documentation and record-keeping
- Assist with employee training and development programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations or similar role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
