Role Description
- Empowered to lead/follow up the action plan from the leadership workforce discussion at the BU or sub-BU units
- Prepare the data needed for the TR & SP process. Participating into the discussion for later follow-ups
- Follow up with BU heads on the action plans & career roadmap for identified key talents from leadership discussion to ensure progress
- Involved to support managers with PIP follow-ups
- Provide support/follow up with individual managers/employees for YE review process, Objective settings. Work with HRSD team for pay & bonus review operational process
- Provide the compliance and legal advice for all employee related matters. Facilitate disciplinary process if needed
- Represent local HRBP in people activities where needed
- Facilitate HRBP scope activities/events where needed
- Analyse divisional KES results and follow up on action plan progress led by the business
- Be the POC with the candidates, Vialto, Fragomen and HRSD team for each movement
- Closely work with local HRSD team for operational tasks
- Proceed regular HR indicator reports when requested (HCs, MBR)
- Partner with BU heads and TA on hiring skale 70- and other recruitment operational tasks
- Develop local TNA plan and follow up with BU heads on progress. Provide induction for new hires
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years in-market solid and relevant work experience in an HR generalist role in a global organisation, including HRBP experience with broad experience within the different spectrums of the HR function.
- Demonstrable track record to collaborate and partner effectively as part of a team in a highly sophisticated, matrix organisation
- Sparring partner and trusted advisor to the local Leadership team with strong communication skills and customer mind-set
- A phenomenal teammate who participates, takes ownership beyond his/her functional scope, to craft and define company-wide initiatives sought at strategically positioning Kantar for the future.
- Solid understanding of local labour market and market practices. Well established in the local market and workplace culture.
- A hands-on HR practitioner. Work on both strategic and operational HR matters with a track record of vertical mobility and talent visibility in-market.
- Strong influencing skills with a collaborative work style which champions partnership and teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication of English.
- A Business savvy HR with strong transformation and change experience, who demonstrates change agility and can see the talent strategy as an enabler of Business success
