The Senior Associate of Talent Advisor (HRBP) is responsible for managing talent complexities, aligns with senior directives, and collaborates across teams to refine solutions, ensuring cohesive strategy execution and impactful talent outcomes.
Responsibilities :
1. PX Problem Analysis & Solutions:
- Diagnose and address moderately complex talent challenges, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives set by senior management.
- Collaborate across the ecosystem to innovate and refine talent solutions, adapting as necessary.
2. Strategy Alignment:
- Understand and align talent strategies with the direction provided by senior management, ensuring team goals are in sync.
- Engage actively with peers and management across the ecosystem to ensure seamless talent strategy execution.
3. Collaborative Talent Development:
- Work closely with other teams, adapting and leveraging existing methods to create new talent solutions.
- Provide insights and feedback to optimize talent procedures and methods.
4. Guided Decision Making:
- Make impactful decisions pertaining to talent, within the domain of the team, seeking guidance when necessary for more complex challenges.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of HR experience in the finance, technology or fintech industry, gaining comprehensive HR knowledge including local employment legislation and leading practices across the talent lifecycle, employee experience, employee engagement, and organizational change
- Recognized Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources
- Prior experience in business partnering in a dynamic environment subject to changes in priorities and schedules
- Demonstrated success in championing and leading change
- Ability to confidently facilitate conversations between people (within and across entities) with differing views, building deep and influential business partnerships throughout the organization
