Role Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support designated business units in achieving their strategic objectives by providing expert HR advice and solutions aligned with business goals. The HRBP is responsible for managing employee relations, driving talent development initiatives, supporting workforce planning, and implementing HR strategies to enhance team performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs, advise on best practices, and deliver solutions that support business goals and enhance team productivity.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolve grievances, and ensure a positive, compliant work environment aligned with company policies.
- Support the performance review process by advising managers on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans to build a high-performance culture.
- Partner with leaders on training, development, and career progression initiatives to promote continuous learning and growth within teams.
- Assist in rolling out company-wide HR programs, such as engagement surveys, succession planning, and retention strategies tailored to meet business unit needs.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, present insights, and recommend actions that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and best practices, providing guidance and mitigating compliance risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, with exposure to a range of HR functions including employee relations, talent development, and HR strategy implementation.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how HR strategies support business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to conflict resolution.
