HR Executive (HR Officer and Talent Acquisition)
As a HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes across various sectors including IT, FinTech, E-Commerce, and expatriate recruitment. You will work closely with the HR Manager to attract top-tier talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and support other HR initiatives as assigned.
Responsibility :
- Manage 80% of tasks related to recruitment, including job posting, direct search, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting recruitment reports.
- Support full loop recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with external agencies and job boards to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Write comprehensive job descriptions tailored to specific roles and business needs.
- Support all recruitment activities such as; Jobfair, Roadshow, branding both online and offline.
- Specialize in IT recruitment, FinTech recruitment, E-Commerce recruitment, and expatriate recruitment.
- Oversee new graduate recruitment initiatives and management trainee programs.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluation processes.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Manager and support other HR tasks as assigned.
- Ability to meet with the team at least once a week in the Bangkok area.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
- 0 - 3 years of working experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment. Experience in a tech company is a plus.
- Language proficiency in English written & spoken
- Fluent Thai - written & spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.
