Job Description

  • Ensure that HR fillings are organized according to the agreed standard and codes.
  • Update files and discard old files. Prepare and distribute new employee files as require by managers.
  • Provide letters related to Human Resources matters as required.
  • Responsible for monthly report of Out Patient Department-s medical expenses.
  • Administer Social Security Card and Medical Card for all applicants on timely basis.
  • Handle basic function of HR inquiries. Participate in training & development, meetings and other development programs
  • Coordinate trainee and apprenticeship program, including monitoring of performance.
  • Assist with the organization of meetings, trainings, outings and other events.
  • Center of any communicate to operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor Degree in HR or any related fields
  • Strong in inter-personality and out-going
  • Internship duration at least 4 months
  • Ready to work
