Human Resources Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Lead at Gofive located in Bangkok. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and implementing HR policies. This includes overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Human Resources Lead will play a critical role in creating a positive work environment and supporting the company's growth.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR management and implementing HR policies
• Understanding of employee benefits programs
• Proficiency in personnel management and maintaining employee records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the digital industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
