Job Description: HRM Section Manager
Responsibilities:
As the HRM Section Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources management section, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies and programs to support the organization's goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- HR Policy Development: Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent.
- Employee Relations: Fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems to promote employee development and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Employee Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- HR Reporting: Preparing HR reports and metrics to assess performance and support decision-making processes.
- Manpower Management: Managing a workforce of up to 1000 employees, overseeing policy implementation, performance management, and payroll system management.
- International HR Coordination: Coordinating with overseas management to plan and implement effective HR strategies.
- Budget Management: Managing HR budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management or related roles, with a strong preference for experience in the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location: Bangplee, Samutprakarn
Working Day: Monday to Friday at 8.30 - 17.30 pm.
Salary rate: 45,000 - 80,000 THB/Month (Negotiable)
