Job Description We are seeking a skilled and organized Human Resource Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the HR department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities: Oversee the HR department's day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, record-keeping, and data entry. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires. Maintain employee records and databases, including updating personal information, employment status changes, and performance evaluations. Process employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and management, providing timely and accurate information or escalating issues as necessary. Assist in organizing training and development programs, tracking employee participation, and evaluating program effectiveness. Generate reports and compile HR metrics to support decision-making processes and track key HR performance indicators. Stay updated on HR best practices, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position. Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
