Compensation Benchmarking: Ensure external competitiveness of internal salary ranges by benchmarking against comparators.
Conducts and analyses survey results to assist in comparing compensation and benefits plans.
Participates in the development of compensation and benefits policy.
End to End Payroll Processing
Knowledge of payroll related compliances (TDS, PT, PF & LWF-Monthly & yearly payment, TDS return & form 16 issuance)
Knowledge of PF compliances, return filing under shops & establishment.
Payroll Vendor Management
Annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting exercises for all direct costs for employees (salary and benefits, annual increments, incentives, rewards, and awards programs).
Annual Salary review exercise and administration of compensation review process cycle; off-cycle pay adjustments.
Monitors compensation trends within the organization and provides analytics to support operational efficiency.
Provide ongoing support to line managers and HR on operations matters related to compensation.
Compensation Programs: Keep abreast with the new trends and best practices in the CB field.
