An HR Manager is responsible for Joiner's Management, Attendance Management, Payroll management, Managing Employees Query, Exit management. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills. The executive is expected to work on recruitment and improve the organization's environment better.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records
- Coordinating with candidates for interview(Telephonic Interview, collecting and verifying basic information)
- Preparing an offer letter.
- Completing the joining formalities.
- Maintaining attendance sheet and processing attendance sheet for salary payment.
- Experience with employee engagement activities
- Good Presentation skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong experience developing managers and staff.
