Job Description

Responsible for all HR modules, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, performance, employees relations, labor union, and administration.

  • Design and implement HR strategies and plans at site, including manpower planning, recruitment, training and development program, career path, talent management, employee relations, and all necessary fields under company direction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to maximize execution of Company's framework to all parties. Maintain relationship with JV partner.
  • Recruit, interview and select right candidate for filling vacancies within the facility. Checks references and handles employment verifications. Works with Plant Manager and Production Manager in ensuring that the facility is properly manned.
  • Being the main person who leads in setting up performance-driven culture and administer performance management process.
  • Assure the alignment between business requirement and organizational structure by designing, aligning, and implementing plans to build robust talent pipeline
  • Develop and conduct various training for the operation. E valuate the effectiveness of the organizations training programs and recommending areas of improvement. Promote continuous learning and advises employees on courses, seminars etc. to enhance their careers.
  • Follow Tenneco talent management cycle to administer Succession Planning process and deploy leadership development program at the facility.
  • Follow global / regional guidance and framework to administer the Employee Compensation system, including position ranking, salary band and incentive programs.
  • Be responsible for Employee Communication program to include development of Employee Handbooks, training manuals and newsletters. Coordinates employee social and recreational activities.
  • Plan & manage annual HR budget;
  • Monitor, review, and develop all HR team members
  • Be responsible for Admin issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in HR management in multinational companies; able to lead HR team independently. Experiences in manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Must communicate very well in English
  • Solid understanding of local labor law and practice
  • Problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
  • Creativity, commercial mindset, and diversity & inclusion management.
  • Experience in HRIS literacy or SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
  • Proficient ability to use MS office.
