Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Bravo Trade Academy in Pathum Thani. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR processes; Talent Acquisition and Employee Training & Development. You will play a crucial role in sourcing the best candidates and enhancing employee development programs.

Qualifications

-Proven HR Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and training, preferably in a small business or startup environment.

-Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, with experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates in a variety of roles.

-Training & Development: Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs for various skill levels, from entry-level to senior roles.

-Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with employees at all levels.
