HAUP is an advanced shared mobility startup based in Bangkok. Our goal is to utilize innovative technology to solve urban problems such as smog and transport congestion. We aim to provide a better alternative to car ownership through carsharing, bridging the gaps in public transportation and promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance. oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes including managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Responsibilities.

  • Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
  • Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
  • Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Manager the monthly payroll and maintain pay plan and benefits program such as Group insurance, Work permit and Visa
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources
  • 5+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferer
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English
  • In-Depth knowledge of Labor Laws, TAX, Work permit and Visa
