Job Purpose

This role will lead the end-to-end Finance of Ice Cream Thailand. You will have responsibilities over business results, from Turnover to Operating Profit and Cash, supporting and steering Leadership team to ensure delivery of short-term and long-term financial goals. You will perform strategic partnering (with BULT, Supply Chain & Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Customer Development), performance management, stewardship agenda and leading the finance team to deliver business objectives. This entails a relevant leadership role by embracing and promoting agile ways of working, contributing to focusing our resources for impact, value delivery and/or protect value.

Main Responsibilities

  • Performance controlling
  • Develop Ice cream financial framework for the long-term strategic plan
  • Deliver in-year financial performance vs. targets together with Ice cream leadership team via dynamic resource allocation.
  • Ensure accuracy / central bias of financial forecast and insightful analytical process for ongoing business performance.
  • Value Creation
  • Lead Finance value creation with GM and in-country Business Team. This include channel and portfolio analytics, competitor intelligence for Ice cream (build and understand Shadow P&L and investment model)
  • Lead to build the strategic plan for the Ice Cream and responsible for setting up financial framework to Operating plan for following year.
  • Lead and guide the cash generation and ROWC improvement plans.
  • Stewardship
    • Key player to lead financial control compliance and risk management
    • Finance leadership in establishing the Ice Cream company in Thailand
  • Organization & Talent catalyst
  • Own the Finance people agenda in Thailand Ice Cream, including the individual development and career progression for Finance team
Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Having minimum requirement of 10 years experience in Finance with a proven track record of delivery in space of Business Partnering and Performance management. Commercial finance experience is a plus.
  • Business partnering with diverse functions.
  • Demonstrable capabilities in creating and managing strong senior relationships, including excellent presentation, influencing and communication skills.
