A Chinese company specializing in advanced electric vehicle battery pack solutions with comprehensive R&D and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (e.g., contracts, and letters).
- Handle legal disputes, including mediation, arbitration, or litigation, and represent the company in court.
- Provide legal and compliance advice to internal departments.
- Liaise with external law firms, government agencies, and NGOs.
- Conduct legal research to support business needs.
- Manage other tasks assigned by senior leaders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Law; admission to the Thai Bar/Law Society.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as in-house counsel, law firm associate, or governmental legal advisor.
- Expertise in areas such as corporate law, M&A, litigation, employment law, data privacy, and competition law.
- Experience managing external counsel and cross-functional projects.
- Skills:
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Commercial acumen with a solution-oriented mindset.
