The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater demand for the company's products.
Responsibilities
- To develop a Public Relations Plan which promotes and maintains good public relations in order to maintain the image of the company. Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations events.
- Implement branding, marketing communications, and media strategies, projects, materials, guidelines, and processes.
- Ensures all advertising for the company in traditional advertising mediums and digital and social media channels follow the brand guidelines and standards.
- Act as the principal local media contact point for the company and establish relationships with key local media.
- Lead the PR&KOL team to create influence and UGC engaging and effective content for online channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, PR & KOL, commercial, retail operations, customer service and others, to align and execute digital advertising campaigns.
- Prepare and present PR reports to senior management.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to continually improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in a PR or Marketing role, preferably within a customer-oriented industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
- Empathy and the ability to understand and address the needs of various stakeholders.
