In this position you will....
be working with a strong team of seasoned professionals who drive and execute best practice. You will support a growing commercial underwriting department and work with local agents and international brokers. It is crucial for you to deliver superior policy administrative work and provide first-class customer service. You will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of P&C products and work with a dynamic team. You will be encouraged, empowered, and challenged to become a member of a dynamic team.
You will be responsible for
- Underwriting Support supporting underwriting functions including policy administration, statistical report preparation, and policy administration
- Operational Support working with cross-functional teams for after-sales services, including but not limited to operational support, handle outstanding premium when required

Qualifications
You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum Year 3 or year 4 bachelors degree in Insurance and Mathematics studies or equivalent
- Proficiency in written and speaking English
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project)
- Proficiency in Excel, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tied timeline
- Insurance background, SQL, and Power BI are a plus.
