Intern - Industrial Engineer (Studying Bachelor Degree)

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for engineering improvement projects per supervisor assignment
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and redesigning workflow structures
• Establish presentation and report to demonstrate working results and provide insights
• Sharing new initiative ideas to enhance the manufacturing process
• Support departmentactivities

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degreeinIndustrial Engineering, or related field
• The internship period must be at least 3-6 months

PREFERRED:

• Understanding of time study,line balancing, and lean manufacturing
• Able to apply new technology tools or applications as a solution

SKILLS:

• Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Knowledge of Process Improvement
• Skillin Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with an advantage in data analysis tools like Minitab, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong in communication & collaboration
• Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
