Your new role

As the Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and managing the yearly internal control road map, aligning with the Group Audit Department and Regional Internal Control while adapting to the local context. You will play a crucial role in communicating and deploying new procedures, supporting operational teams, and engaging with internal and external auditors. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring and assessing compliance risks, following up on audit recommendations, and conducting internal control reviews and data analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position within a multinational group or delivering similar services via Big 4 accounting firms.
  
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA) is a plus.
  
• Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks.
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data analytics to enhance control effectiveness.
  
• Excellent communication skills for presenting internal control and risk matters.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Positive mindset for continuous improvement and optimization.
  
• Excellent command of English.
