Job Responsibilities:
1. Corporate strategy planning & strategic project management
- Act as a project manager to initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, communicate with external and internal party, and closure of project(s) or coordinate with project manager to monitor project's progress in case that there is already assigned project manager.
2. Strategic driven management and KPI Achievement
- Monitor KPI (Key performance index) for corporate level and drive success through related business unit and ensure proper measurement among organizations.
- Coordinate with related parties to implement sales strategy as well as continuously evaluate result from strategy in order to accomplish company's financial budget (Top line and bottom line).
- Perform commercial due diligence, evaluate market trend to support company in relation to development of strategy.
- Promptly change and adapt strategy / revise strategy in regular basis as per appropriate.
- Drive project as PMO (Project management) for strategic case/ projects to ensure organizations transformation sustainability and development.
3. Business performance analysis and management
- Perform business analysis to monitor company's performance or perform particular financial analysis as per requested by company's key management.
- Perform feasibility study/financial modeling for key project to determine suitable capital expenditure, sales & expenses budget, and financial return
4. New initiative & other investments, and special corporate project
- Identify and execute new opportunities either within and between organization
- Execute business collaboration transaction
- Risk and Compliance Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree : Business Administration / Marketing and other related fields- 5 years+ experience in retail sector with position including (but not limited to) corporate strategy planning , financial budgeting or business development
- Previous position may include corporate strategy, business development, or other financial related positions in FMCG (Experienced in Consulting firm is a plus) Ability in area of Financial & business analysis, financial modeling, corporate strategy plan development, financial budgeting, financial advisory service, business investment, business valuation and expansion- Excellent in English communication, outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Think strategically ,creative thinking and analytical thinking
- Able to adopt modernize activities and apply policies to commercial practices
- Manage team, communication skills and good human relations
- Present and report to the Top management
- Coordinate and drive working team to accomplish goals.
- Possessing persuasive and negotiating skills
