Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from Amazon customers regarding inquiries, orders, and product support.
  • Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum PUC/Graduation qualification.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
