1. Actively approach targeted business clients, Search for new client leads and Manage relationships with existing customers.
2. Finding new opportunities (new markets, new clients etc.) Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
3. Analyse & Understand Nutraceutical / Consumer Health / Food & Beverage companies, ingredients need & plan the product pipeline with R&D
4. Network and develop relationship with ingredient buyers - R&D and Marketing team of Nutraceutical / Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical companies/Food & Beverage Industry
5. Annual Revenue target, for exports and domestic.
6. Partner with in -house R&D team for new products, capacity planning, forecasting & technical selling.
7. Build the distribution network & drive the sales through the distribution channel.
8. Manage, Participate & Represent organization in domestic & foreign ingredients exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience:
PG Preferred- MBA (Sales & Marketing) with 5-12 yrs experience of international sales in the Nutraceutical industry.
Expectation:
1. Nutraceutical/Nutrition/Dietary Supplements Industry Professional.
2. Nutraceutical/Nutritional/Specialty Nutritional ingredients B2B selling experience in the export market.
3. Manage channel, distribution & Key accounts in export market preferably in US, Europe & Domestic market.
