International Voice Process Executive

Position: International Voice Process Associate Join our team as an International Voice Process Associate, located at Bellandur Eco Space.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from Amazon customers regarding inquiries, orders, and product support. Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions. Qualifications: Minimum PUC/Graduation qualification.
