Internship 2025, Human Resources - Internship Management & HR Shared Service Project (C/PJ-HRSTH)

Job Description

1. Being responsible for Internship management (end-to-end process) for 3 Bosch entities in Thailand: recruitment, contract management and hiring and exit processes for interns.
2. Coordinate with other HR teams and hiring managers at Bangkok and Rayong locations for internship and related matters.
3. Support foreign interns for immigration and related matters.
4. Support the digitalization of HR shared service projects i.e. Power Automate.
5. Support the presentation for any HR shared service workshop.
6. Support expatriate management process
7. Support any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

1. Currently a student in Bachelor's or Master's degree in any fields
2. Good Thai and English communication and presentation skills
3. Well organized and details-oriented
4. Initiative, multi-tasking, independent and pro-active
5. Sufficient in Microsoft Office and Teams 365
6. Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from Jan 2025)
