This role blends technical and service expertise, supporting both data integrity and business quality inside the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping
- Improve the process of inventory mapping and product setup with data analysis
- Lay the foundation and ensure the mapping procedure is more structured in the long term
- Data Management & Analysis
- Establish appropriate standards and due procedures in business operation parts across the Supply Team and/or other relevant departments
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all operational databases
- Perform data audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes for data validation and quality checks
- Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Service Quality Improvement
- Monitor service quality metrics to assess and improve business efficiency inside and between different teams
- Conduct root-cause analysis for service-related issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain service quality standards
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner with Inventory, Customer Support, Finance, Legal and/or other relevant teams to align data and service quality objectives
- Serve as a liaison between data team unit and inventory team unit to drive data-informed improvements
- Coordinate with IT to ensure technical support for data systems and tools, if need be
- Reporting & Insights
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on data quality and service performance, presenting insights to management
- Track KPIs and make data-driven recommendations to enhance operations
- Develop tools and templates to streamline data gathering and reporting processes
- Training & Support
- Train team members on data integrity standards and service quality expectations
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data and service quality-related issues
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and service excellence across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science/Data Analysis, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Fluent in both English and Thai. Preferably located in Bangkok, Thailand
- 3+ years of experience in data quality, service quality, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Familiarity with quality management frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
