Job Description
IT Analyst Data Center is responsible for the maintenance and technical support of the Continental IT Data Center Infrastructure, Server and Storage, Virtualization environment, Backups/Recovery system, Data Center Network and Security for the plant and market in accordance with Continental Tire Infrastructure standards.
- Participate in project management activities such as planning and executes project tasks assigned
- Ensures consistent and clear communication to key stakeholders and other project members Analyses IT business systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutions
- Sources proactively, services appropriate to IT service delivery to meet the goals and objectives of the various organizations
- Ensure IT Data Center facilities and Services operations 24x7
- Collects, maintains and publishes key IT service measurement statistics and KPI as and when required
- Practices ITIL processes - Incident, Change, Problem Management and Demand Management
- Maintain IT knowledge documentation, record vdo or any sources of information
- Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
- Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT or Industry working experience. Experience in Windows technologies security concepts and applications, MCSE Certification, Microsoft Technolgoy, PC/Laptop and Mobile Solution Technology, ITIL or ComTiA A+ Certification, Cisco CCNA and Network Certification or equivalent, Data Center Management or equivalent
- Has conducted or invovled in IT Infrastructure projects
- Has exeprience in working in a multi-national company
- Communicating effectively and working under time pressure
- Good command in English
