Job Title: IT Executive
Location: Havas Thailand
Reporting to: Local Finance Director and regional IT Director
Job Overview:
As an IT Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across various systems and platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and managing local IT projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to regional and global IT initiatives while developing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to End User Computing (EUC), LAN/WAN, firewalls, servers, printers, communication systems (VC, PABX), and access security systems (CCTV, access doors).
- Provide IT support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and suppliers to address IT-related problems and implement improvements.
- Assist in managing local IT projects and contribute to the execution of global and regional IT initiatives.
- Respond promptly to critical IT issues, identifying and implementing solutions, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, especially local management.
- Support the implementation of information security practices in line with ISO 27001:2022 standards.
- Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and control.
- Regularly report on IT activities, challenges, and progress to your supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365, Windows & Mac OS, Active Directory, and basic networking (Cisco/Meraki Switch & AP).
- Familiarity with IT management tools such as JAMF and Intune.
- Awareness of information security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to IT challenges.
