IT Governance and Control Senior Manager

Argyll is helping the client looking for a detail-oriented IT Governance and Quality Control Specialist to ensure our IT practices meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Role Overview:
Manage and enhance IT governance frameworks and quality control processes. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations, and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

• Establish and oversee quality control processes for IT projects and services. Ensure that IT deliverables meet defined quality standards and performance metrics.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. Prepare for and support audits and assessments.

• Identify and assess IT risks. Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect organizational assets and data.

• Generate reports on IT governance, risk management, and quality metrics. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to governance and quality control activities.

• Analyze performance data and feedback to drive improvements in IT governance and quality control practices. Promote best practices and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., CISA, ITIL, COBIT) are advantageous

• 10-15 years of experience in IT governance, quality control, or related areas. Proven track record in managing governance frameworks and quality assurance processes

• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, quality control methodologies, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
