Argyll is helping the client looking for a detail-oriented IT Governance and Quality Control Specialist to ensure our IT practices meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Role Overview:
Manage and enhance IT governance frameworks and quality control processes. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations, and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Establish and oversee quality control processes for IT projects and services. Ensure that IT deliverables meet defined quality standards and performance metrics.
Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. Prepare for and support audits and assessments.
Identify and assess IT risks. Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect organizational assets and data.
Generate reports on IT governance, risk management, and quality metrics. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to governance and quality control activities.
Analyze performance data and feedback to drive improvements in IT governance and quality control practices. Promote best practices and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., CISA, ITIL, COBIT) are advantageous
10-15 years of experience in IT governance, quality control, or related areas. Proven track record in managing governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, quality control methodologies, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
