Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the banks objectives.
- Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, security, and application development.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Drive technological innovation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology into business processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
- Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
