IT Maintenance Engineer

Position: IT Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan province, Thailand

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

keep company's network and server working smoothly,MES system support, information security

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Enterprise help-desk(Windows,Anti-virus,Outlook etc.)support;

- Basic network maintenance,include server/NAS/router/switch configure and maintenance;

- Responsible for audio-meeting systems, projectors and video conferencing equipment

- Office electronic equipment maintenance, including computer peripheral equipment, such as printer/copier/scanner/projector.

- solve user's computer software and hardware problems and provide Helpdesk services

- MES system technical support, to ensure the production line work normally

REQUIREMENTS

- College degree or above, working in computer network management and computer hardware maintenance for more than 2 years

- Proficient in Windows Sever2008/2012, Linux and other mainstream operating systems

- Familiar with network infrastructure, to configure servers, switches, routers, storage and backup systems, and and familiar with network security products

- Familiar with network protocol, AD, video monitoring and other security product installation and configuration

- Familiar with Office operation ,Anti-virus configuration,database and file system backup

- Basic knowledge of English, at least communicate in simple English, speaking Chinese is a plus, communicate directly with Shanghai/Haiyan IT team.
