IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large projects

Collaborate with project sponsors and user owners to precisely define the project's objectives, deliverables, budget, resources needed, and anticipated completion date in order to ensure that it complies with ITIL best practices, Agile methodology, company standards, and security requirements.

Create a thorough project plan, analyze it, and implement it using the gate documentation so that management can approve it.

Work together with the project team (including outside vendors) to complete tasks in accordance with the project plan's milestones.

Monitor and ensure that the project progress is in a timely manner, with sufficient level of quality, within agreed scope, and within budget

Ensure that all associated costs are tracked, managed, and communicated with key stakeholders to allow team members to work efficiently.

Take total responsibility for all IT initiatives and see them through to completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

Insurance/ Insurance Broking business knowledge is required

Manage the large projects in proven records

10 years+ experience as a Project Manager

Leadership skills

Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

Project Management Professional, PMP certification is preferable

Contract 12 months
