Work with across IT domain experts teams (Solution delivery, IT QA, Infrastructure, IT Operation, IT Security, Enterprise Architect) to identify all work required, dependencies, define deliverables, resources required for projects
Create an integrated project schedule that clearly define the scope, assumptions including project IT resource needs and project communications
Manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes
Manage and monitor work progress, implementation of defined solution across the IT workstreams, quality of project deliverables, risks, issues
Hold regular meeting with IT workstreams to communicate plan, progress, scope changes and address any risks or issues
Provide and communicate project status to management, PMO and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Manage the handover of project deliverables from the team to supporting groups.
Hold a project review to capture lessons learned to pass along to future projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and other related fields
At least 5 years in field IT Project Management from Banking Industry and Finance preferable
Understanding of business process management of banking operation business and risk management of solution design.
