Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Utilize various channels such as networking events, cold outreach, and digital platforms to identify and nurture potential leads, while maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand their unique challenges and objectives, and position our AI solutions as integral to their success.
Proposal Development and Negotiation: Collaborate closely with the technical team to craft compelling proposals that address client needs. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Forecasting: Keep a finger on the pulse of sales metrics and KPIs, regularly monitoring performance against targets. Use data-driven insights to forecast revenue, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in a related field (Engineering is a plus).
Over 5 years of project sales experience with a technology or software company.
5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector, banking, insurance, and government.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and service minded.
Understand business processes and concepts.
Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
Have the ability to prioritize tasks as well as multitasking and work independently.
Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel or Google G-Suite.
