We are looking for a skilled IT Site Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide first and second level support for all employees, resolving IT issues and providing technical assistance
- Document IT issues and solutions, and maintain the IT knowledge base and service desk system
- Handle local IT infrastructure on-site, ensuring the availability and security of our network, devices, and systems
- Perform onboarding training for new hires and educate users on how to use IT tools and resources effectively
- Order hardware and software, and manage local support and maintenance contracts with external vendors and partners
- Together with R & D infrastructure team, responsible for our local datacenters, server administration and manage UPS systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Site Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- As we are a global company you also need to have good knowledge in writing and speaking in English
- Knowledge in ITIL
- AWS and Azure knowledge
